What the AI may touch, what it costs, and what happens to your clients’ data.
Does the AI change anything without asking?
No. Everything sprintrr writes arrives as a proposal you review — a generated plan, the creates, updates and removals from a transcript, a status-update draft. Removals start unchecked, scheduled drafts never send themselves, and every change made by AI or an agent is signed in the Activity feed.
Which meeting tools does it work with?
Connect Fireflies with its API key once and pick meetings from a list. From Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Otter or Granola, paste the transcript text — we don’t connect to those directly, and we won’t pretend to.
Transcripts guideDo my clients need an account?
No. Status updates go out by Slack or email: you draft and edit the update, press publish, and your client reads it where they already are. Only the people who work in the plan need a seat.

1 AI Credit per generated plan or transcript extraction, 1 AI Update per status update (a portfolio update across several projects is 5), and asking your project is free. On your own Anthropic, OpenAI or Gemini key, AI Credits and AI Updates are unlimited.
Plans and creditsIs there a free trial, and what happens when it ends?
Yes — 7 days, 3 AI Credits and 3 AI Updates, no card. On day 8 pick a plan to keep working; your projects stay exactly as you left them, and you can download your data any time.
How is client data protected, and can I take it out?
Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256); your AI keys and Jira token get a second layer (AES-256-GCM). Two-factor sign-in and row-level security scope every record to its owner, and we don’t train models on your projects. Export everything as CSV or JSON any time, cancel any time; deleting your account starts a 30-day grace period before anything is removed for good. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 readiness is in progress, documented in the open.
